Lead Card

Terms of service

Lead Card, operated by Lifestyle 365 · Last updated October 8, 2026 · Draft pending attorney review

These are the terms for using Lead Card. By creating an account you agree to them. They are written in plain language on purpose; where plain language and legal precision disagree, we will side with what a reasonable person would understand them to mean.

1. What you are buying

A monthly subscription to Lead Card: a browser extension and web dashboard that suggests people to contact, drafts text, and tracks your manual outreach on Instagram and LinkedIn. Your plan sets a monthly allowance of researched people and drafted messages. Allowances are shown on your account page and reset each billing month; unused allowance does not roll over.

2. What Lead Card does not do

3. Your responsibilities

4. Your data

Your profile, your notes, and your outreach history are yours. You can export them as a CSV at any time, and for 30 days after you cancel. We handle them as described in the privacy policy. The research we assemble about people on your list (public profile information, quotes, scores, reasons) is ours, licensed to you for use inside Lead Card while your subscription is active.

5. Billing

6. Changes to the service

We improve Lead Card continuously and may change features, allowances, or pricing for new subscriptions. If we change something that reduces what your current plan includes, or raise your price, we will email you at least 30 days before it applies, and you may cancel before then.

7. Ending the relationship

You may cancel at any time. We may cancel an account for a serious or repeated breach of section 3, with notice and a chance to explain unless the conduct endangers others. On cancellation, access ends at the close of the paid period and data is handled as described in the privacy policy.

8. Limits on our liability

Lead Card is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, Lifestyle 365 is not liable for lost profits, lost opportunities, platform actions against your accounts, or indirect damages arising from your use of the service, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut. We will try to resolve any dispute by talking first. If that fails, disputes will be heard in the state or federal courts located in Fairfield County, Connecticut.

10. Not affiliated

Lead Card is made by Lifestyle 365. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or required by Instagram, LinkedIn, or any travel or network marketing company. Any company's name on your own materials is your responsibility.
